The Urology program offers exceptional clinical and operative experiences, a comprehensive didactic/simulation teaching curriculum, and involvement in scholarly activity and quality improvement projects. Residents are well-supported by program leadership and receive education from fellowship-trained subspecialists. The institution provides immediate access to SupportLinc, an employee assistance program, as well as 6 weeks paid parental leave and a $500 annual well-being stipend.
