Special Features

Our General Surgery Residency is a 5-year program accredited by the ACGME for 3 residents per year. Based in a Level 1 Trauma Center, our program provides broad exposure to general surgery cases with strong specialty rotations provided in vascular, pediatric, trauma, cardiothoracic, minimally-invasive/robotic, and bariatric surgery. Our goal is to produce a practice-ready general surgeon, but we also effectively prepare residents for sub-specialty fellowship.
