Special Features
We provide the essentials of surgical training, academics, clinical volume, state-of-the-art medical technology, basic/clinical research. Primary goal is to produce well-rounded, competent surgeons, and allow residents adequate time with their families. Unique features of our program include a robotic surgery curriculum, research, level I trauma center, and a rural general surgery training tract. 70% of our graduates feel confident to go straight into practice following completion of residency.
