Special Features

The program has developed a departmental wellness committee, a safe pregnancy committee, and a resident Think Tank that is tasked with making changes to support resident wellness and mitigate burnout, as well as making positive changes to improve the program. We value every resident. Our strengths are in our culture, inclusivity, graduated autonomy, and exposure to complex and underserved patient populations. We have a flexible, optional academic development time.
