McLaren Macomb Hospital (formerly Mount Clemens General Hospital) has been training outstanding General Surgery residents since 1948. Our five-year program is accredited by the ACGME. Many of our graduates have gone on to train in top-tier fellowships in vascular, surgical critical care, hand surgery and plastic surgery. During training, residents gain experience with open, laparoscopic and robotic surgery techniques.
