Loyola's general surgery residency program offers a unique training experience through a variety of rotations at a premier academic medical center, a community hospital, and the VA. The curriculum prepares residents to provide excellent patient care through lectures, interactive discussions and skills sessions. As residents progress through their training, dedicated faculty focus on creating opportunities to help residents hone their operative skills and develop into safe, independent surgeons.
