Our program follows the SCORE curriculum w/ dedicated faculty clinical & resident core lectures on each topic. We follow the ACS curriculum on simulation w/ weekly sessions on Fridays. Surgical volumes & complexity are high w/ excellent opportunities for research & education. We offer a fully paid, 2-year, dedicated research opportunity to 2 of our 4 residents between the PGY-2 and 3 clinical years. Our graduates are proficient & independent general surgeons, thanks to an autonomous chief year.
