Residents have immediate access to LifeMatters, employee assistance & work/life program. Residents receive annual well-being benefit of $500 to use for personal wellness. We offer a $75 one-time membership to UWH fitness facilities for the entirety of their training program. Residents can take up to six (6) weeks of paid parental leave at birth, adoption, fostering, or legal guardianship. Procedure experience is available to residents in most sections, not just during interventional rotations.
