This program is a categorical 6-year program consisting of a world-class surgical preliminary year, followed by a comprehensive 5-year integrated IR residency program of radiologic diagnosis, procedures, and patient care. Residents concentrate on diagnostic radiology during the PGY2 to PGY4 years and interventional radiology during the PGY5 and PGY6 years. Training is provided in all aspects of diagnosis and management by a talented and motivated faculty at a diverse array of training sites.
