In response for the demand for more Addiction Medicine fellowships, Howard University Hospital began an inaugural Addiction Medicine fellowship in July 2020. The mission of the interdisciplinary Howard University Addiction Medicine Fellowship (HUAMF) program is to train the next generation of experts and leaders in the field of Addiction Medicine. Fellows work closely with Faculty in the departments of Community and Family Medicine and Psychiatry.
