Trinitas Regional Medical Center department of behavioral health and psychiatry offers a 10-bed unit for the Developmentally Disabled/Mentally Ill, 42-bed adult inpatient unit and 40-bed child and adolescent inpatient unit. Trinitas, as the primary teaching hospital, offers a robust and well-rounded training for Psychiatry residents. Within our New Point Campus alone we boast a wide range of diverse units to cater to the need of our county. There is no need for our residents to rotate elsewhere.
