The program supports residents research and scholarly activity by providing conference leave, exam leave, and reimburse for presenting at a national conference. In addition the program provides meals for residents when on call at the hospital. The Program provides up to $500 per year of employees' education and training costs and $1000 per year for books and educational materials.
