Special Features
In addition to the 4 paid faculty members, residents also enjoy rotating with, and working closely with, 17 community volunteer faculty members. Because of this diversity in faculty members, our program functions as a 'privademic' model. Our curriculum includes an on-site 5-day microsurgical skills training course for our PGY-4 residents; however, beginning in the PGY-1 year, residents have the opportunity to participate in a monthly microsurgical skills practice course.
