Our program has a four-year categorical curriculum. Residents spend their PGY1 year at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Our program has many unique features including: -five elective months -tracks in research (potentially at NIH), teaching, global health, and social equity -a weekly continuity clinic -fellowships in sports medicine, brain injury & cancer rehabilitation -electrodiagnosis training at Walter Reed -rotation at the Washington DC VA Hospital-abundant sports medicine coverage.
