Whether your goal is to practice general or subspecialty pediatrics, our program will prepare you for success and support you through this challenging and amazing time in your career. UW Health Trainees receive a $500 annual well-being benefit to use towards personal wellness. Full-time residents can take up to six (6) weeks of paid parental leave following new child(ren) by birth, adoption, fostering, or legal guardianship.
