Only freestanding children's hospital in Virginia. X + Y schedule. Yearly resident retreat for all residents and their families (paid for by program). Med Study provided. Global health track and primary care track. Book, global health, and conference presentation travel funds available. Scrubs and white coats issued yearly; iPads provided. Pediatric Level 1 trauma center designation. Noon conference meals provided and in house meals provided at no cost.
