This program serves a uniquely underserved population and allows opportunity for Advocacy development. The program supports education/development with additional stipends for travel associated with presentation of scholarly work, book funds per annum a complete formal Board Prep longitudinal course and focused development workshops. We also care about your wellbeing and offer quarterly "Doctor Days" to allow you to keep self care appointments without depleting leave time for these.
