Special Features
250 bed children's hospital with top 50 ranking in 8 specialties. Relatively small residency size to hospital size allows for high acuity and complexity of a tertiary center and yet a family atmosphere among residents and faculty. We are awaiting ACGME approval to expand from 12 to 16 residents for the 2024-25 academic year. Two-thirds of residents enter fellowship. General pediatricians have an excellent history of finding employment in Charlotte, NC. Our QI curriculum is nationally recognized
