We are responsible for over 725,000 children as the only tertiary care center for children within 25 counties of north eastern New York. Our patients come from all socioeconomic strata. We pride ourselves on our unique educational experiences and our responsiveness to our residents' personal and professional needs. Approximately half of our alumni pursue General Pediatrics or Hospitalist Medicine, while the other half match into highly coveted fellowships at major centers around the country.
