Our program features mentoring, Pathways for career interests (Acute and Critical Care, Primary Care, and Subspecialty) and Tracks (Research, Quality Improvement, Advocacy, Community Practice, Global Health, and Social Justice). Our Pediatric Diversity Council is very active, helping create our Social Justice Curriculum and participating in community outreach.
