Special Features
We provide residents with exposures to a variety of patient pathology and have a diverse, underserved patient population. The prospect for advocacy work is immense. Residents receive well-rounded foundation in primary care and subspecialties and have opportunities to engage in QI, patient safety and research. This allows our residents to develop their clinical acumen and scholarly interests. Residents have produced peer reviewed manuscripts and presented their work at national conferences.
