Otolaryngology residents at MCW are trained by a diverse, comprehensive, and experienced faculty in the clinical, surgical, and investigative aspects of otolaryngology. The residency is designed to prepare future leaders, researchers, and educators who practice evidence-based medicine and exhibit high quality surgical skills in all areas of the specialty. Otolaryngology residents receive a well-rounded education that allows graduates to choose their own career path.
