The program provides extensive clinical, didactic and research training. Residents participate in grand rounds,journal clubs, subspecialty and wellness sessions and dissection courses each year.Residents receive access to online board preparation materials. Residents draw upon the expertise of faculty mentors,learning to write manuscripts and research grants. With this experience, our graduates are successful in obtaining highly competitive fellowships, and becoming academic faculty members.
