Special Features

UTMB DOSR has many benefits to residents in their pursuit of becoming Orthopaedic surgeons. We have great rotations including world class rotations at MD Anderson and Texas children's hospital. Also we care for the Texas prison population both at hospital Galveston which is a prison hospital but also at satellite clinic locations a couple times per month. In addition to clinical care we also provide sponsorship to meetings where research is being presented and monthly department wellness events.
