The aim of this program is to provide an educational experience that will shape residents' practice and the delivery of healthcare through value-based, patient-centered, integrated healthcare delivery for musculoskeletal disease. This unique training program is designed to provide residents with a comprehensive foundation of medical knowledge and skills (surgical, interpersonal, communication, and leadership) in orthopaedic surgery with a focus on team-based, interdisciplinary care.
