Special Features
The Rutgers - New Jersey Medical School Orthopaedic Residency Program is a very well-rounded program. The residents are exposed to a wide variety of practice types, pathologies, and patients in northern New Jersey. As a program, we provide ourselves on our unique coaching, not teaching, technique of educating our residents. We feel that this leads our graduates to be competent, confident, and safe orthopedic surgeons who aspire to be the best that they can be every day.
