The Orthopaedic Surgery program is focused to provide education for residents primarily interested in pursuing clinical practice. Most will pursue fellowships and our goal is to help residents obtain excellent quality fellowships. We want them prepared to be leaders in the health care delivery in their communities. Lifelong learning and practicing evidence based medicine is emphasized.
