The program provides the opportunity to operate early and often starting your first year and experience a well-rounded clinical and didactic education. You will often have a one-to-one resident-to-attending ratio in the OR with subspecialty trained and board-certified faculty at a very busy Level 1 trauma center and several other hospitals, ASCs, and clinics with exposure to academic and private practices. Large, underserved, diverse catchment area with an astonishing variety of clinical cases.
