1) Residents arrange several wellness events a year with a $50 per employee allowance per event. Residents pick the venue and significant others can attend. 2) Several times a year, Tucson Ophthalmological Society hosts an outside speaker who presents a contemporary topic at an upscale restaurant. 3) Dedicated time for OKAP preparation during 5 half days before the exam. 4) Several surgical wet labs per year focused on cataract surgery, MIGS, suturing and specialized procedures.
