Special Features

Wisconsin's history includes the fact that one of the AAN's founders, the late Dr. Francis Forster, was our former chair. He treated President Eisenhower and testified in the murder trial of Jack Ruby. We still consider ourselves an "old school" program in that we continue to emphasize traditional neurological case formulation and eschew over-reliance on ancillary testing. Our department, is tightly-knit, and Madison is a very special place to live.
