Special Features
The inpatient rotations include: consultative service, inpatient service, MICU and SICU. The VA Hospital service includes a combined critical care, sleep and consultative experience. A number of electives are available and include thoracic surgery, CCU, PICU, sleep and allergy. A continuity clinic is maintained by each fellow and is scheduled for one afternoon each week. Trainees receive 20 vacation/conference days, 2 wellness day per academic year.
