The ID fellowship at UNMC offers trainees exposure to a broad spectrum of clinical infectious disease including dedicated transplant, oncology, orthopedic, and community ID services. Fellows have the opportunity to be mentored by well known experts in a variety of areas including HIV/AIDS, immunocompromised hosts, orthopedic infections, hospital epidemiology, antimicrobial stewardship, and biopreparedness.
