Special Features

EVMS trains physicians who practice endocrinology with compassion and competence. We strive to impart skills that make them competitive in practice and/or academia. Fellows receive exposure to a broad variety of patients with endocrine disorders and gain expertise in thyroid ultrasonography/FNA, insulin pumps/CGMs and bone densitometry. Our fellowship offers a unique blend of elective experiences, and our fellows graduate ready to handle patients with routine as well as complex disorders.
