Fellows can target their own career. Fellows are fostered in an environment of wellness and diversity and inclusion. Fellows can develop projects and accomplish them. Fellows are trained in quality improvement, and participate as local, regional and national leaders, supported by the program and program director. Fellows will learn how to be a good endocrinologist in a nice environment. This is one of the most friendly endocrine program in the nation and is very fellow centric.
