Special Features

Our critical care fellowship recruits trainees who are interested in practicing critical care apart from pulmonary medicine. It combines formal didactics with rotations in the university's medical, surgical, neuro, burn/trauma, cardiac, and community ICUs to prepare intensivists capable of treating patients with any critical illness within internal medicine as well as conditions frequently seen in other ICUs. Research, teaching, and/or quality improvement experiences are also offered.
