Academic learning environment in a large community-integrated healthcare organization. A well-rounded curriculum including EBM, QI and lifelong learning. Innovations:a robust physician wellness curriculum, a progressive responsibility ward structure and theme-based noon curriculum. Faculty are dedicated to the growth of each resident. A 4:2 week block schedule has 4 weeks inpatient-focused rotations, 2 weeks integrated blocks of continuity clinic and a subspecialty area of focus.
