The Internal Medicine Training Program at Cleveland Clinic Akron General is designed to provide graduate medical education with an emphasis on broad-based clinical training. Our curriculum is designed to assist residents in developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to become outstanding internists capable of managing diverse and complex patients with a broad range of diseases. Our program produces competent and independent internists prepared to sit for and pass their ABIM exam.
