Team based patient centered approach. No in-house call but night shifts during some rotations (max. 40 night shifts/year in PGY 1, 45 night shifts/year for PGY 2, 40 night shifts /year for PGY3). ABIM preparatory course, web-based tests and recorded conferences for review and attendance. SIM lab, POCUS, procedure, FCCS, Rapid Response training. In-house IRB. Prioritizes wellness, flexible in scheduling. No 24-hour call. Separate in-patient management teams without call days and admissions teams.
