The University of Maryland is a major urban academic center that serves a broad spectrum of patients from Baltimore City and surrounding communities. Our curriculum supports robust clinical training in a learning environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Approximately 70% pursue fellowships. In addition to an annual educational allowance, we subsidize 90% of parking, the ABIM Certification exam, national abstract presentations, manuscript publications, and international rotations.
