SRHS is an essentially unopposed large community hospital residency program with multidisciplinary faculty that offers broad-scope training. We are the only SC program with Osteopathic Recognition. We offer Hospitalist, OB, Rural, Sports Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine tracks. Offer Continuity Clinic experience in rural and urban settings. The program houses a hospice palliative medicine fellowship. A wonderful community for your leisure and relaxation. Come grow with us!
