In operation since 1994, we are one of the oldest 1-2 Rural Training Track (RTT) Family Medicine program in New York State. Our program is located in the beautiful southern tier in the western corner of New York. Our focus is on continuity of care in the outpatient rural setting, with seven four-week rotations completed in the urban environment before relocating to the rural program.
