Special Features

Natividad is a UCSF-affiliated residency located in Salinas, 2 hours south of San Francisco and 20 minutes from Monterey Bay. Residents care for marginalized communities such as immigrant farmworkers, so Spanish proficiency is important. Our grads prepare for full-spectrum practice through rigorous training including high volume obstetrics, strong inpatient and procedural training as well as family planning. Residents are deeply involved in community advocacy as well as teaching medical students
