Residents are unionized! With over 850 residents and fellows, there is built in community amongst trainees across specialties in a supportive environment with lots of resources. - Our residents train in a wide diversity of settings, including FQHCs, Community Health Centers, academic health center, and the VA, with a very diverse patient population to ensure that our residents feel comfortable working anywhere after training. - We cover the costs of Step/Level3 exams, licensing, ABFM Board exam
