We are an established program affiliated with Creighton Phoenix. Our emphasis is in excellent outpatient training in a Federally Qualified Health Center where residents are part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes nurse practitioners, care management, pharmacy, and diabetes education. Our mission is to be a center of academic excellence, provide high quality patient care, give service to our community, train residents to be leaders in their practice, community, and health system.
