Our emergency medicine residency, situated in Greenville, NC, is a part of the fourth oldest independent department of EM in the country. While in a more rural location, our large catchment area of 29 counties makes us one of the busiest departments in the country. You'll have outstanding training in emergency medicine but be able to live in a less hectic, more enjoyable, family-friendly environment.
