Program uses three emergency departments with over 250,000 visits, over 45,000 pediatric visits, each Level 1 trauma centers in Indiana with rotations/experience in toxicology, mass gathering/disaster medicine, ultrasound, DMAT/USAR/tactical EMS, academic teaching, administration, and advocacy. Program encourages resident involvement in the governance of the program which provides ample opportunity for leadership development.
