Special Features

In addition to providing comprehensive clinical training, our residency aims to train leaders in EM. Key to this is our shared ownership philosophy in which all residents are integral to our ongoing success. This allows residents to be fully involved in all aspects of residency leadership, gaining experience in education, clinical operations and administration. Many residents are active at the national level, gaining additional leadership experiences that prepare them to excel beyond residency.
