In-house dermatopathology rotation. Residents have the ability to attend AAD conference and present at scientific meetings. Hands-on training of Mohs/dermatologic surgery and cosmetics. Weekly grand rounds speaker series, Morphologic Conference with patient viewing and M&M Conferences on an alternating basis. Educational allowance as funds available. Resident well-being activities. Pediatric dermatology exposure. Skin of Color clinic and Complex Derm clinic exposure.
