Matching to the specialty program includes a one-year preliminary internal medicine residency (PGY1). Other highlights include: exposure to subspecialty areas on a weekly basis of general dermatology, dermatopathology, cosmetic dermatology and pediatric dermatology. Away rotations: 1 month at Mayo Clinic's campus in Rochester, MN and one month at Phoenix Children's Hospital in AZ. 3 months of elective time. 10 trip days per year provided to present your research at meetings.
