Outstanding clinical training in a top 3 (in the US) research department. Opportunities for a structured research track (Bonica Scholars Program), integrated fellowship training in critical care medicine, or a concentration in global health. Trainees receive an allowance in the sum of $8500, intended to offset the cost of living in Seattle. The allowance is included in the total compensation schedule which is paid out in each paycheck throughout the academic year
